Anger Management
Explore the emotion of anger and its function in your life. Sessions will utilize techniques in cognitive restructuring to assist you in managing your anger. Aided also by the use of journaling and thought records, you will develop a deeper understanding and mastery over this most important emotion.

Anger Management Classes and Support Groups available every Tuesday evening from 7:30pm to 9pm. All clients must be registered. Individual sessions by appointment.
